Covid-19 and Preventive Protocol
As we all know that Covid-19 is a novel and very contagious virus. During the pandemic we were closed and from 4th July, following relaxation, we have resumed consultations and follow up under strict protocol of social distancing and PPE. Only one person is allowed in reception area. On entering in to the clinic, each individual’s temperature is checked, asked to use hand sanitizer, fill the form pertaining to Covid-19 and a consent for risk of acquiring infection despite all procedure in palace. They are requested to put a mask and gloves before seeing the surgeon. All staff follow the same protocol. Seats in reception area and consultation room is cleaned each time it is visited. Mr Khan wears a plastic apron, face mask and gloves for each patient and use visor when necessary. Any bra use during consultation is packed away and taken home for a wash. Any implants used as sizers during consultation are cleansed and wiped with antibacterial agents.
